I have been using proov for 6 cycles now and I have learned so much about my body and how it was not working to the best of its ability. I was not ovulating when I thought I was, my progesterone was low and my FSH was high. After finding out these things I went on to change my lifestyle, diet and added some supplements and within 6 months I have corrected both hormones.
