Bought an item online, paid for before 2pm delivery but item did not show, l call the company who told me they were waiting for stock, not good if you’re working to a deadline.
But wait it’s not all bad!
The young lady l dealt with was very good, she sourced the product , and got it to me next day a day later the field was being sprayed.
This is good customer service and the company should be very happy with this team member.
