The negatives: The 2 requested products did not arrive on the due date. Having allowed a further 2 days I contacted “you” and following 2 or 3 telephone calls the matter was resolved.
The positives: Talia ( hope the spelling is correct) was absolutely brilliant and dealt with the courier company UPS and fed back to me on several occasions. Parcel was delivered the next day!
Products were as expected very good( I have used one of them before) . I would use your company again due in part to the very good customer service.
