I ordered a hamper for my family in the UK on Dec 03 2020, it arrived on 23 Dec Empty, I have tried countless times to contact this company though email, chatbot, enquiries and nothing back. Hamper was 150 GBP , my family in UK receieved nothing but an empty basket for Christmas and I have wasted hours trying to resolve this but just met with a wall of silence!. Disgraceful customer service!
