I couldn't place my order for weeks because the system did not allow the shipping and billing addresses I provided. After trying for 30 minutes, I reached out to customer service via email for help, but didn't hear back from them for about 10 days so I sent a second email and they responded. Then I was finally able to go to my cart and place my order. This was an unnecessary delay. 1. To have that much difficulty on your system (I have no difficulty with this on other order systems and 2. To not hear back from customer service until after a second email to them. Please fix these two issues. Thank you.
