I ordered a medicine cabinet on the website. The order receipt came back with a lead time of 31 days. After a week I called to see what the order status was, and Jake told me it had already shipped. He emailed me the FedEx tracking number, and it is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Aside from not getting an email that the cabinet had shipped, I am very happy with the customer service.
