I have used PHD products before from a supermarket and this was my first time buying from their website. Ordering was very simple and products arrived quickly and well packaged. Plus they send me some free protein bars which are great! I ordered the reinforce capsules which I have just started taking and also the VMX pre workout which tastes good and gives you the right kick you need for your workout.
