Very bad customer service. Order not arrived on time .Delay for more than 2 weeks but no one did any action. I bought I phone from Curry pc online and to collect from Currys store. No item arrived. Escalated for many times. No apology email /call .Not receiving items yet. They said they are investigating. It has been more than 2 weeks. Not receiving the items yet.
Speechless their customer service. Are they doing their job properly.
Decided not to buy any products from Curry PC.
