I'm done with buying from Curry's PC World especially their shop in Harlow. Terrible customer service and the manager was less than interested in resolving the problem we had.
Walking off instead of talking to me is just rude and blaming your staff member for only being on the till for a few days is an easy get out.
I don't know what's worse. Rude or indifference!
Had a similar bad experience at their Tottenham Branch a month ago when buying a laptop.
I'll shop on Amazon next time.
