The physical board has been useful. We use Jira as the source of truth, but I find a physical board useful for visibility to the entire team at a glance and to managers. My only nitpick is that the full scrum kit did not come with the emoticon magnets, which is seemingly the only missing part of the kit. They are even listed in the little how-to guide that comes in the box as if they were also supposed to be in there.
