I have used these for 12 years but I won't anymore they have gone from bad to worse. 4 items in the last year damaged even though they were triple boxed!!! Plus no compensation received -as loads of items are not covered including glass or any type of furniture. Last item not collected from mine as they said it wasn't booked even though I had confirmation email. Man on phone helpfully suggested I bring it to the depot, I pointed out why would I book it to be collected I could bring it myself
