I received a text message with the estimated time . The delivery driver came earlier then the estimated time and dropped the card for pick up the delivery from a post office . 2 days later I supposed to receive another delivery and again I got a text message with estimated time . I called and requested to avoid school run time . The customer service adviser told me She would send message to the driver and I should receive the item as the time I mentioned . This again never happen . Over all I would say this service is absolutely useless. I had no choose , because I am the receiver of this good . But I wouldn't use them ever .
