DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had 2 parcels sent from the UK to Australia. Only one arrived - Parcelcompare denied having even collected the 2nd and fobbed me off again and again. No number to call. 35 emails later (literally) and being passed from person to person I finally then gave up chasing and instead asked for a refund for the 85 quid I'd paid for the parcel to be sent. Funnily enough they found the apparently nonexistent parcel within 2 days. I've never worked with a worse organisation, avoid them like the plague!
