People don't use them. They are scammers! The delivery dates they say are not real. They take much longer. I moved from the UK to Italy and I decided to use them. It took much longer than expected and some of my items got stolen. I pay £200 extra to insure £1000 of my items, even with that they decide not to give me money back.
Please don't use them for such a bad service. Also, the customer service is terrible, very slow, and it is impossible to speak with anyone.
