I paid for return of a machine from UK since January and I was told it'll be delivered within 2-8weeks.
I kept following up after 2 weeks and the agents kept reassuring me that my package is on the way and would be delivered to me, only for them to tell me after 8 weeks that my package is lost and that's it.
They said because I didn't pay for insurance that there's nothing that can be done.
I've been following up since then because I find it ridiculous that you'll misplace an equipment placed in your care and tell me it's lost and it's my fault for not paying insurance.
I believe the company shouldn't be in business if they can't guarantee the security of any package placed in their care.
It's been 5 months now and I've still not received my package. I really regret using this company.
