If I could give no stars, I would. I paid for a heavy parcel to be collected. On 6 separate occasions I had to stay in when they said they were coming. Had to re-book collection 4 times. They even had the cheek to say that the parcel wasn't ready for collection. It had been ready for nearly a week.
The final icing on the cake was being told they were going to charge us extra because it wasn't packaged properly, even though we sent it back in exactly the packaging it arrived in. Tried complaining, absolutely useless!!!
