First time I've had to use the on-line help chat, due to this being my only problem I've experienced with Parcel2Go."Nicola" was most helpful, friendly and very kind in assisting me with my issue and the problem was quickly resolved within 5 minutes. Will definitely use the on-line help service again as now my Monday morning stress has quickly been resolved. Fab job done "Nicola" (from a fellow Nicola)
