The cost of the appliacation is very high compared to the online price of applying the pan card via their website.
The customer service staff specifically collected my po box number for delivery, yet the address mentioned for delivery was my flat address.
moreover, the customer service responses were prompt & supportive. which i appreciate. customer service did make the process easy.
