I had a rhinoplasty at Pall Mall, I was looked after by Diane and Stacey who were absolutely wonderful. I’ve had a bad experiences in the past with a different hospital, and also suffer with anxiety, but all the hospital staff put me at ease and I felt looked after throughout.
The room was clean and tidy, they kept me informed of theatre times and I wasn’t left waiting for long.
