I had a problem with an older version Pai nPod so I called to ask about a new battery for it. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, polite & friendly. I posted my PainPod in for them to check it. I was called to say they received it, then a call to tell me the problem, which was easily fixed. It was posted promptly back to me. Each person I spoke to was lovely & helpful! I wish more companies were as easy to deal with as PainPod! By the way, I highly recommend the product!
