Great value for branded item. Was advised two weeks after ordering that item in chosen colour was out of stock. Checked web site and noted other colours were available. Sent email for a different colour. OGB responded immediately confirming new colour and item was dispatched that day. Liked the immediate response from this company to resolve the issue
