I think so much about Osmio is first-class. However, I cannot understand why you do not include setting up instructions and explanatory video with each water filter. Even with help from your very pleasant advisers, I am still uneasy about whether I installed it correctly. The tap goes skewiff, sometimes. I have one washer left over. All very mystifying.
