I was very saddened by the product, I charged battery as directed. We received a a snow storm and put on gloves and followed starting instructions. It starts on hi and goes to medium, can’t tell the difference between medium & Hi.
The gloves got lukewarm at best, I would not purchase another pair! I really expected more.
