Setup was ok with existing modem and strong internet connection until THERE WAS NONE for 8 hours (at the moment- could be longer) on a Saturday night/Sunday morning with no customer help available. My Origin app is working fine, until I click "manage internet", at which point I receive an "invalid user credentials" message.
This is unacceptable and I will be returning to my previous broadband provider. A little buffering is better than hours without any connection at all!
