I have spoken directly to EasyJet via phone and had confirmation via email that they have refunded our flights to On the Beach- yet they still not responded regarding our flight refund. Therefore are holding our funds.
I've never found a company to not answer phone, email or messaging especially during this hard time.
Will never book with OTB again! Tui dealt with much better.
