Thought with covid 19 "on the beach" were quick to react by refunding holiday cost. I only received the cost of hotel pretty quickly.. Still waiting for Easyjet flights to be refunded. I have contacted them on numerous occasions but only received the bog standard statement in reply. Very poor customer service.
