Booked a holiday to go to Menorca , gave them my card details for a deposit, the holiday then went up by £1200 the same day, after the summary received on email. Then I was told the holiday is no longer available , even though still advertised on their website.
Will not use On the Beach again.
Untrustworthy, false advertising, misleading, bad customer service.
