1) Holiday 1 - booked 2 rooms, OTB charged us for 2 villas, refused to refund.
2) Holiday 2 - booked a holiday and father was called to emergency night before the flight, OTB got their refund from the hotel, refused to refund us and the insurance refused to pay us out.
OTB are utterly heartless and money grabbing, avoid at all costs. I used them for years until I realised how greedy they really are.
