Ordered a buggy and the website said "order in next 8 hours for next day delivery" so I paid in full, and thought it was fine. No updates from this company until I asked for a delivery confirmation...they then decide the item I paid for was not available after all. So the order was changed, I paid the difference, and was assured it would be delivered the following day.
Still nothing.
This company still haven't reopened their phone lines, claiming covid as an excuse, so email contact was all that was possible. I'm pretty furious that the shopping experience with them has been so bad. Do yourselves a favour and shop anywhere but here
