Very hard to spend this anywhere. Useless. Not secure in any way. They take quite a hefty monthly fee if you don't use it quickly enough until there's nothing left. Other fees are shocking, too. No concession for lockdown either in spite of the shops and eateries being shut for months.
Absolute rip off.
Give cash or do a bank transfer as a gift instead.
