After receiving a faulty cap, I contacted customer service who were very helpful and quick to respond. Allie suggested things to try and help and offered a replacement for free, I decided I would purchase a different cap and asked for some information regarding this, Allie then offered to send this cap out for free. Very happy with the customer service ☺️
