This company is a Joke!! I have a Home that 2 Realtors said would "easily" sell for a Million. I just wanted to get an idea what Offerpad would come in at. Yes, I understand they make money for a quick buy......but $770,000???
I can understand being lower than putting it on the market. But $200,000 minimum lower???
Does that come with Vaseline as well?
