Terrible customer service. Account could not be found in multiple departments. passed to 8 different department for minor issues, had my calls hung up on me mid transfer. Complaints raised about coercion of contracts, departments didn't do their job by putting the account on hold while being the complaint was being investigated. Investigations still open from over 4 weeks ago, the money (which was the complaint) was passed to a debt collector while the account complaint was still open (This is unlawful)
