Stole £298.00 and lied lied lied. Went to store showed bank statements and even store staff were shocked the way customer service behaved.
Store had my bank statement and told them they were looking at it and I was right but O2 don't even believe their own staff when it comes to ripping customers off so what chance do we have.
I've had many calls all sending me round in circles.
DONT GO NEAR THEM THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY
