DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Because of Nurx and their incompetence I’m without my birth control. I started using this service during Covid because I didn’t have another option and my deliveries were often delayed. It got so bad I asked them to just send to my pharmacy. Now I went to pick up at the pharmacy and they said ‘the doctor is unresponsive so we can’t give you the scheduled refill’. I’ve paid the $45 annual fee and done everything correct. Can’t get anyone on the phone or a message back. Now I don’t have birth control. Absolute thieves.
