I tried Nursem last year in the peak of the pandemic. As I suffer with dry hands especially over the winter months and since washing my hands more frequently during caring for my disabled brother I’ve found this to be my go to staple not causing any irritation to my skin. I now work as a support worker with disabled adults supporting their needs and personal care. PPE is supplied and with regular hand washing I’ve ordered more Nursem hand cream to stop any irritation & dry hands reoccurring. The support is fantastic for the NHS as previously worked with them but I do feel support workers in residential homes/supported living are left behind. They are equally hard workers themselves.
