I’m a first time customer, and I couldn’t be happier. I made the appointment the night before. I was notified that my appointment was in the morning the following day between 0830 and 1300. Jorge text me 20 minutes before he showed up as I was told he would. Jorge was very informative. He inspected all my brakes. The front pads were still at 70% and as I suspected my rear pads needed replacing. Jorge noticed that my rotors on the rear needed to be replaced as well. Jorge told me exactly what he was doing and why, he was polite and very thorough. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and he even made sure it tested out perfectly. I was really impressed, and will refer all my friends to NuBrakes Mobile Brake Repair for all their brake needs and also services for maintenance. Outstanding!!!
