from the very first call I made I was listened to, reassured and given options to think about. No questions were left in answered and I was also not pestered when I said I needed time to confirm my arrangements. All telephone calls were answered quickly and efficiently and everything was explained every step of the way. The units are excellent quality and very clean. Can’t find a single fault
