I had an account with Nexo and was in the middle of recovering a deposit when, out of nowhere, they terminated my account. No clear explanation, no transparency—just complete shutdown. This decision not only interrupted my recovery process but also left my funds in limbo.
I’ve reached out to Nexo for clarification, but their lack of accountability has been frustrating. As a customer, I expected better service, especially regarding the handling of my hard-earned money. Instead, I’ve been met with poor communication and no resolution.
I wouldn’t recommend Nexo to anyone seeking reliable financial services. When you trust a platform with your assets, you expect professionalism—not unexplained account closures that jeopardize your funds.
I hope they address this situation soon, but for now, I am deeply disappointed with their service.
