I ordered a replacement straw and a new cup because there was a hole in the straw of our current cup.
A week and a half later and I still haven't received the order. I emailed customer services two days ago to ask about it and haven't received a reply.
Unfortunately customer service seems to be really poor and I still don't know if I will ever receive my order :(
