I really like the products Naturaw offers, and Monty absolutely loves the food! It’s also great that the packaging is fully recyclable—such an eco-friendly touch. However, I find the website a bit difficult to navigate, and there’s an issue during checkout where I often have to repeat my order because it disappears when I’m paying. It would be amazing if this could be addressed to make the experience smoother. Overall, a great company with fantastic products and room for some tech improvements!
