Made contact online and arranged a visit via online comms and text messages. Received lots of communications about appointment. Guy turned up during promised slot. Very nice man, pleasant, friendly. Unfortunately he didn't have the part so would have to come back. I paid one fee initially that covered both visits. After the first I received texts and emails quoting for the part. I paid online and I was told a second visit would be arranged when the part was in stock. Only took a few days and he was back for the second visit (already paid for). Job done quickly and easily.
