I had the same experience as everyone here and am floored that this could be considered as a policy by any online retailer where you cannot try clothing on before you buy it. This is discrimination and profiling. I’ve purchased thousands of dollars of goods and only ever immediately returned the items that don’t work for me per the return policy. I’m sure Mytheresa won’t last long with this “customer service” policy that is exactly the opposite of that. I’ll never shop with them again .
