I've had a subscription running for about 15 months and never had a problem with the underwear or socks. I've purchased extra items too. These include swim shorts, shirts, pyjamas and extra underwear. The free gifts of bobble hats and umbrella's have been amazing gifts for other people. These in turn get other people to recognise the Oddballs Brand. The customer service is great especially Elin. She goes out of her way to help with any issues in a very professional way.
