The trader, Kofi from Nian Concepts & Design, I hired through MyBuilder charged me money up front and did not finish his work. However, MyBuilder refused to get involved, not even wanted to help me upload the photos that I sent regardng the poor quality of work that the trader did. We could not get our money back and now have an unfinished living room alcove.
