My order never arrived after several weeks.
I have asked for a refund without success.
I note from other poor reviews that this is a pattern with My-Picture who then do not reply to further emails (despite their claims to the contrary on other review sites).
I would advise to think carefully before paying for their services and read other 1 star reviews for confirmation.
