It's a very long process to complete every single section of the application form initially. Unfortunately as seems to be the case these days, completion of the application form is all that is needed for the employer to make the decision if a possible employee is a potential employee. It's a struggle nowadays to even get past this stage, an interview would be better to judge the potential employee surely- too many Businesses are using algorithms to decide whether the applicant is able to cope with the job or not without anything further happening. It's not good, especially if age isn't on your side.
