Very efficient - no more filling in multiple applications - it saves your master copy for you to tweak for every application thereafter. One gripe - make it clearer that some references will be taken up prior to interview. The tick box on here is minuscule and I nearly dropped a clanger by having my ex boss bothered before of even pre-warmed him.
