Shocking customer service.
Bought Xbox One X and arrived without battery and cable for the controller.
Contacted customer service and advised by 2 different people that it’s mistake on their behalf and they’ll send one ASAP.
7 days later I contact customer service only to be told that the order had been DECLINED as the Xbox One X was not supposed to have the battery and cable inside at first place - obviously nobody bothered to tell me that and the guy says that I should read the description better and although I was misinformed it’s my mistake!
Beware as you’ll have to buy one yourself and the customer service is terrible!
