MTC Kitchen has the best selection of quality food prep products, and always the sharpest blades. The shipping takes a while and (I think) should be free on large orders, but it's worth the wait and the prices are usually comparable or better than other websites out there. I've ordered knives, sharpening stones, cutting boards, a mandoline slicer, and a handful of other products. The packaging has always been secure and I haven't had a single problem. I love buying restaurant quality products to use at home because that means I won't have to replace them often. I'll order from MTC again.
